Punching Tonnage: The maximum punching force is 150 kN (about 15 tons), which can punch and shear Q235 steel plates ≤16mm thick and stainless steel plates ≤12mm thick. It is compatible with commonly used punches with a diameter range of Φ6mm-Φ30mm.
Strong Structural Stability: The body is made of integral casting or high-strength steel plate welding, and internal stress is eliminated by aging treatment. It has excellent resistance to deformation and is suitable for long-term high-load operation.

Power Supply Check: Confirm the main power supply voltage is stable and there is no phase loss. Check that the leakage current device (RCD) and circuit breaker are functioning properly and in the normal closed state.
Equipment Wiring: Open the door of the electrical wiring cabinet on the punching and shearing machine. Next, make sure to connect the power cord correctly. After completing the wiring, close and lock the cabinet door.
Power-on Test: Connect the power supply. Step on the foot switch to test the equipment. If the machine does not operate, first try swapping the phase sequence of any two power cords, then check if the emergency stop switch on the equipment has been rotated to its reset position (in the open position).
Foot Switch Confirmation: Check the foot switch connection individually to ensure it is secure and that its triggering and reset functions are normal and without jamming.
Die Change Safety Regulations: Before performing any die change, adjustment, or maintenance, the equipment power must be completely turned off and ensure it is in an unstartable state.
Work Completion and Finishing: After completing the work, perform the following steps in sequence: Turn off the equipment control switch. Disconnect the main power switch. Unplug the power cord from the socket. Clean up all debris and contaminants from the equipment and work area.
