We manufacture various types of press brake toolings and punching molds. Press brake tooling consists of upper and lower dies used for stamping, forming, and separating. Forming dies have cavities, while separating dies have cutting edges.
If you already have drawings, please send them to us directly. If not, our engineers will create die drawings for you. Before production begins, we will carefully verify each dimension with you.
We utilize high-precision, wear-resistant, and heat-resistant materials. Then, we use CNC machining, heat treatment, fine grinding, polishing, and thorough cleaning. This combination allows us to produce dies of specific shapes and sizes.
