The die of the T-bending machine adopts a precise groove design and is made of high-strength materials, which can ensure that the sheet metal is subjected to uniform force during the bending process and effectively reduce the angle error caused by die deformation or positioning deviation.
The die mold adopts a modular T-shaped structure design, which can quickly change the groove specifications (such as V-groove, U-groove, etc.) according to different bending requirements, and is suitable for a wider range of sheet thicknesses (usually covering 0.5mm-12mm).
The die is fabricated from high-hardness alloy materials—such as Cr12MoV—and undergoes a quenching treatment to achieve a surface hardness of HRC 58–62, endowing it with exceptional wear resistance and impact strength. Compared to standard dies, its service life is extended by 2 to 3 times, thereby reducing the frequency of die replacement.
The die slot adopts a rounded transition design, which can effectively avoid indentation or cracking during sheet metal bending and improve the surface quality of the workpiece.
