Orange WE67K Series Electro Servo Hydraulic Press Brake

  • Imported configuration, stable and reliable

  • Standard 4+1 axis NC (Y1, Y2, x, R+W)
  • Closed loop control of automatic mechanical compensation for worktable

Machine Descriptions

  • Integral welded and machined construction.
  • Mechanical stop, and torsion axis synchronization to maintain synchronization and high precision.
  • The movement of the back gauge and slider stroke is servo-controlled by CNC.
  • CNC with an angle programming function will bring high bending efficiency.
  • Servo motors control the X and Y axes and drive them with synchronous belts. This setup has high control accuracy, fast positioning, and low noise. It is also equipped with an electric R-axis.
  • Adopting an imported hydraulic system, the work is continuous and stable with high precision.
  • The backstop uses imported ball screws and linear guides. They ensure the backstop’s accuracy and make the machine more precise.
