We are proud to introduce our E21 sheet metal shearing machine. It is a high-performance and precise CNC Machine designed for sheet metal shearing. This machine is designed to provide better shearing. It uses state-of-the-art CNC and automated systems.
Main Features
- This machine has a steel plate welding structure. The machine body uses finite element analysis design and vibration aging to remove internal stress. This makes the body stable and reliable.
- It uses an advanced hydraulic integrated valve group. It has a compact structure with few pipeline connections. This setup improves system reliability and makes maintenance easy.
- The return stroke of the accumulator is smooth and fast.
- The blade gap is manually adjusted, accurate, fast, convenient, and stepless. The shearing angle is adjustable to minimize the deformation of the plate.
- The rear stop has a manual lifting function. It helps shear extra-long plates.
- The rolling material support ball reduces scratches and friction resistance.
- The tool holder’s shearing angle can be adjusted within a certain range. This can reduce the bending of the cut material and cut extra-thick plates.
- A manual oil pump is installed on the inside of the wall panel. It is easy to operate and ensures key parts get lubricated.
- It has a light-centering device. The upper tool holder stroke can be adjusted smoothly. It uses a fence-type safety device.
- The shearing angle for a series oil cylinder will not change during shearing.
