Do you provide training and installation?

We can provide you the training either in our factory or in your workshop. For those heavy duty machines, we will arrange our engineers there to help you install the machines to make sure the machine running well. The only condition is the lodging and boarding for our arranged personnel should be provided by you.

What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?

You should let us know the name of the product, the model or the thickness and width of the sheet,and your voltage.

How long does it take to deliver the products after placing an order?

A

We usually have a large number of machines in stock and can deliver immediately after an order is placed. For customized products, delivery is usually possible within 20-25 days.

What are your payment terms?

30% TT paid in advance, the balance of 70% before the shipment. We can also accept other ways after discussion and agreement.

Will you provide us the drawing of electrics, hydraulics, and operation manual?

Yes, we will deliver the machine together with the drawings and manuals. And we can also send to you by email.

How to transport the machine?

A

Generally, we use sea transportation. You can use either your shipping agent or our shipping agent. LCL/FCL, 20″, 40″ or HQ container are chosen based on your ordered machine size and weight.
Besides, the rail transportation method will be used if sea transportation is not able to reach your destination.

How long is your machine’s guarantee time?

A

2 years. Because the main parts are made of high tool steel by special quenching treatment, our machines have high corrosion resistance and wear resistance. During which the broken parts and spares caused by quality can be offered for free.

How do you guarantee the quality?

A

We always arrange final operation testing of your ordered equipment before shipment. The test running of the machine will be last for a few days, and then use the customer’s metal materials to test its performance. The shipments will be arranged only after we confirmed everything works well with the machine.
